This course was open to all Public Information Officers (PIO) and other individuals within an organization responsible for communicating with the public, press and media, and/or coordinating with other agencies PIOs and leadership, as necessary, with incident related information requirements. - Cabinet for Health and Family Services,
- Department of Financial Institutions
